We want you to be stoked on your ride, but if your gear isn't hitting the line, we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that complete bikes and framesets are subject to a restocking fee once they have been built or ridden.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused items and original tags back into the shipping box. Ensure all hardware and documentation are included for framesets.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our mechanics inspect the return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
